As a powerlifter, these straps have really helped improve my lifts, specifically, my bench press and squats. For bench, the wrist support is very good to increase stability. For squats, since I do low-bar, the support helps a lot. I would definitely recommend these straps to regular gym goers and powerlifters, especially due to the product’s practicality and usefulness. Great product overall.
